SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my order ship?

All pieces are made to order and have a 3-week lead time. I will ensure your order is in the mail within the 3 week window but cannot guarantee the shipping time. I ship via USPS unless you have requested otherwise during checkout. After your order is in the carriers' hands, I do not have control. I will however provide any and all tracking information and shipping updates as they become available.

Due to circumstances outside of my control, I cannot offer a refund for a package arriving later than expected.

If for whatever reason your order arrives damaged, please take photos of both the damaged piece(s) and the shipping box, and I will file a case with the carrier service and work to get replacement pieces to you as soon as possible. 

 

Refunds, Exchanges, & Resizing:

Full refunds will only be made by a case-by-case basis. Since every piece is made to order, a refund, exchange, or resizing means I am making a new piece for you free of charge. All rings are made to order and are documented at the exact size ordered prior to shipping. I cannot offer free resizing at this time, but please reach out to sales@blueprintmetals.com with your request, and I will work with you to get you a piece that is satisfactory. To ensure customer satisfaction, I am willing to hear any reasoning for a requested refund, exchange, or resizing.

Gift certificates and exchanges will be offered as a first step before a full refund.
